How to reach me
There is no form on this page. Write to me directly and I will read it myself — there is nobody else here to hand it to.
The fastest way to reach me is brad@braddoleman.com. I am also on LinkedIn, though email gets a better answer and gets it sooner.
What I am looking for
Leadership, architecture, and senior engineering roles in infrastructure and networking, particularly in multi-site retail, energy, and complex enterprise environments. Based in Katy, Texas; open to on-site, hybrid, or remote.
Speaking, panels, and conversations
I am glad to take invitations to panels, podcasts, roundtables, small-business groups, technology leadership discussions, and conference sessions where the experience is relevant.
Subjects I can speak to from direct experience: enterprise infrastructure and network architecture, operational resilience in multi-site environments, telecommunications and carrier strategy, the economics of infrastructure decisions, and what changes when an engineer starts leading people.
