What I do
I lead infrastructure and IT operations in environments where downtime is not a theoretical risk. It is a business event.
That work has spanned national retailers, oil and gas operators, industrial services companies, and professional services firms. The common thread has been scale: multi-site, distributed, operationally complex. I know how to take a large, complicated infrastructure environment and make it cleaner, more resilient, more secure, and less expensive to operate than I found it.

Architectural governance across more than 6,500 locations, held through a leadership transition on a compressed delivery timeline. Contract engagement, completed July 2026.

Taking $85,000 a month out of telecom without taking anything away
300+ stores, a $5.2M network and voice hardware budget, and more than 10,000 users moved onto a single communications platform.
The hard part of a program this size is not the technology. It is keeping a decision made in month four still making sense in month thirty.
